The Saybrooke wastewater treatment facility is located on the southwest side of Yarmouth Lane.
The Saybrooke wastewater treatment facility began operating around 1999 and can treat 9,200 gallons of wastewater per day. The facility provides services to 41 homes in the Saybrooke residential development. Three pump stations located throughout the development collect and convey wastewater to the facility for treatment by one sequential batch reactor.
Disposal of effluent, the outflow from the sewage treatment facility, is handled through a series of four subsurface absorption beds.
