Post Office Error Affected Some Resident Payments
If you mailed the Township your sewer and/or trash payment this year, or if you have set up automatic payments for these bills through your bank, a Post Office sorting error may have affected your payment.
If you pay your trash and/or sewer bills through your bank's automatic payment, please review your statement and check with your financial institution to confirm that the payment was processed.
Residents have reported that correctly addressed payments mailed to our post office box have been returned marked “Return to Sender, Undeliverable as Addressed.” This was the result of a Post Office sorting error. Our P.O. box address has NOT changed.
Payments should be addressed to: P.O. Box 437, Uwchland, PA 19480.
If you believe you were affected by the error and have missed a payment due date, please call the Township at 610-646-7005. Residents affected by this error will not be charged a late fee.
