Shoveling Tips

It is a homeowner’s responsibility to maintain the walkways free of snow and ice. Residents are reminded to clear their sidewalks or walkways no longer than 12 hours from the conclusion of a snow/ice event.

Shoveling can take a toll on your health! Dress warmly, take frequent breaks, and consult your doctor if you have a heart condition.

Do not deposit snow (shovel and/or snow blower) into the roadway when clearing your driveway or sidewalks. The USPS would like to remind you to clear the snow from the front of your mailbox to facilitate mail delivery.
