Upper Uwchlan Municipal Tax Collection Procedure for 2022

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA – Upper Uwchlan Township municipal real estate taxes are collected by the Chester County Treasurer’s Office. Property owners can expect to receive the bill for their 2022 Township taxes from the County Office within the next few weeks. 

Payment Methods 
Payment of your 2022 Township real estate taxes can be remitted to the County by mail, through bank bill pay, at any Chester County branch of S&T Bank, in person at the County Treasurer’s Office, or online at www.chesco.org/treasurer. Find details about the payment methods on the back of your bill. 

If you have previously set up automatic payment through your bank or mortgage company, double check the payee and payment address with that company to ensure proper payment. 

Hydrant Fee 
The Upper Uwchlan Township hydrant fee is charged to property owners who have a fire hydrant within 780 feet of their property. The fee covers maintenance of and water service to the hydrants. If applicable to your property, this fee will appear as a line item on your Township real estate tax bill.
