Changes to Municipal Tax Collection Procedure for 2021

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA – New for 2021, Upper Uwchlan Township municipal real estate taxes will now be collected by the Chester County Treasurer’s Office. Property owners will receive the bill for their Township taxes from the County Office. The change to collection via Chester County, rather than through a third-party tax collection company, was made to minimize administrative costs.

Payment Methods
Payment of your 2021 Township real estate taxes can be remitted to the County by mail, through bank bill pay, at any Chester County branch of S&T Bank, in person at the County Treasurer’s Office, or online at Find details about the payment methods on the back of your bill.

If you have previously established automatic payment through your bank or mortgage company, be sure to update the payee and payment address with that company.

Prior Year Taxes
If you need a tax certification or any information about your 2020 or other prior year municipal real estate taxes, contact Berkheimer Associates at (610) 599-3143.
