[ARCHIVED] Conditional Use Hearing: American Towers, LLC

Public Notice is given that the Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting June 15, 2015, 7:00 PM, at the Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425, during which they will conduct a Conditional Use Hearing to consider an application filed by American Towers, LLC, c/o Lemanowicz, LLP, seeking approval pursuant to Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance Section 200-44.I.(8) to allow a communication tower in the Limited Industrial (LI) District when authorized as a conditional use by the Board of Supervisors. The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a wireless telecommunications facility on the parcel located at 780 Dorlan Mill Road, Downingtown PA 19335, further identified as Chester County UPI 32-006-0049. On the above date the Board of Supervisors will conduct a hearing and may render a decision on the Applicant's conditional use application. The conditional use application is available for public inspection at the Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, 19425, Monday-Friday, 9:00-3:00. The public is invited to attend the Hearing. Any person wishing to attend the Hearing who has a disability or requires auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the Hearing, should contact the Township Secretary at 610-458-9400 to discuss how those needs may be accommodated.
