[ARCHIVED] Upper Uwchlan Township Police Department Honors Those Who Helped in the Hvizda Case

Police Chief John DeMarco appeared in front of the Chester County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 to thank all who helped in investigating and prosecuting the Hvizda case. Those thanked and presented with awards of appreciation included District Attorney Thomas Hogan, ADA Michell Frei, Chief James Vito, Lt. Kevin Dykes, and Sgt. Mike McGinnis from the Chester County Detectives, Peggy Gusz, Executive Director of the Crime Victims Center, and Victims Advocates Gina Basciani, Ashley Coyle, Sarah Hall, Brooke Hedderick, Katie Holton, and Kate Stank, Detective Thomas Jones from the Upper Uwchlan Township Police Department, and Chris Tereskiewicz, Kevin DelGrippo, and Heather Hearn from Wawa.

Upper Uwchlan Township sincerely thanks all who assisted in investigating and prosecuting this crime, it is truly appreciated.
