(ii) § 200-107.D(3)(b) to permit dwellings and related improvements within areas of precautionary slopes; (iii) § 200-107.D(3)(b) to permit roads providing preliminary access to the lots in the development to be located in areas of precautionary slopes; and (iv) § 200-107.D(3)(b) to permit sanitary and storm sewer conveyances to be located in areas of precautionary slopes. The conditional use application is available for public inspection and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Township Building, located at 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425, during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend the hearing.
