The Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider the conditional use application filed by Toll Mid-Atlantic LP Company, Inc. (“Applicant”). Applicant is the equitable owner of approximately 65.95 acres of property located at 100 Greenridge Road (Tax Parcel # 32-1-11 and 32-1-17.1) (the “Property”) in the R-2 Residential District and F-1 Flexible Development Overlay District. Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to the following sections of the Township Zoning Ordinance: (i) § 200-72.B(2) to subdivide and develop the Property using the flexible/open space development option; (ii) § 200-107.D(3)(b)[1] to permit dwellings and related improvements within areas of precautionary slopes; (iii) § 200-107.D(3)(b)[2] to permit roads providing preliminary access to the lots in the development to be located in areas of precautionary slopes; and (iv) § 200-107.D(3)(b)[4] to permit sanitary and storm sewer conveyances to be located in areas of precautionary slopes.
The monthly meeting of the Township Municipal Authority, where public sanitary sewer topics are discussed. The public is invited to attend.
Yard waste collection. Place yard waste materials curbside the night before to guarantee collection. Use biodegradable bags or open containers (no lids attached) as these materials are composted. Do NOT use Township-Provided toter carts or plastic bags. Branches (< 3" diameter) must be bundled with twine and no larger than 3' x 3' bundles or placed in open containers.
The Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 7:00 PM, at the Upper Uwchlan Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike (Route 100), Chester Springs, Chester County, PA, to consider the Application of David and Lynn Kolonauski, of 47 Yarmouth Lane, Downingtown, PA, for a variance or other appropriate relief from the corner lot/front yard setback provisions of Section 200-18.C(1) and side yard setback provisions of Section 200-18.C(2) of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance in order to replace an existing deck with a family room addition at their premises. The subject property consisting of a single-family dwelling is located in the R-2 Residential Zoning District, being Tax Parcel #3201-00380400. An opportunity will be afforded to all persons in attendance to address the Zoning Hearing Board in this matter.
